One evening in June, the Mia Maids of the 1st and 6th wards met together at President Phillips' home. The girls came prepared with a couple of games--the "I Have" game and also "Little Sally Walker" (for which there is NO photographic evidence...for good reasons.)
We met a band new Mia Maid in the 1st ward who recently moved from Arizona. Abby is a terrific addition to their YW program! We are SO happy to have her with us!

Our wonderful Stake Presidency shared some thoughts and their testimonies with the YW before we closed.
One of the thoughts that President Allred shared was "Become who you want to be by consistently being who you want to become." That is a thought he emphasized to each group of YW that have met with the stake presidency. We are so blessed to have loving priesthood leaders who want to know and share their concern for the Young Women in our stake! And thanks to the wonderful Mia Maid leaders who came along for the fun!
